El interés y la implicación del profesorado en este proceso es una variable fundamental para conseguir las reivindicaciones, como ya han de mostrado las más de 100.000 firmas que permitieron abrir este proceso de negociación. Debemos mantener la ambición y el convencimiento de que podemos conseguir cosas gran des, o no será así.
Nuestras reivindicaciones son justas, urgentes y necesarias para el sistema educativo: horarios, incremento de profesorado, mejora de las ratios, apoyos, derecho a la formación en horario laboral, jubilación específica docente, mayor reconocimiento con A1 y subida de nivel, mejoras en el ingreso y el acceso y cuidar nuestra salud laboral, por nombrar algunas de las más relevantes.
El proceso de negociación sin duda será complicado, pero no debemos renunciar ni autolimitarnos de entrada como parece que otros están planteando. Debemos conseguir que nadie tenga la menor duda de que sin mejoras directas en las condiciones laborales del profesorado cualquier otra cuestión o reflexión teórica sobre el tema no será posible y, por supuesto, no debemos perder de vista nuestras prioridades ni dejar que se dilaten los temas más relevantes.
El clima de opinión y las tendencias socio-mediáticas tendrán mucha importancia y debemos influir en ellas. Debemos conseguir centrar el debate en las condiciones reales de trabajo del profesorado y en lo absolutamente imprescindible que es mejorarlas para abordar la profesión docente. La estrategia, el posicionamiento comunicativo y las actuaciones de CCOO van y progresarán en este sentido.
Un Estatuto Docente no será posible si no garantiza al profesorado unas condiciones de trabajo dignas que ahora no tiene para realizar su vital labor con todas las garantías y el adecuado reconocimiento. Hemos conseguido mejoras importantes en nuestro posicionamiento en este sentido y en eso debemos seguir.
Es imprescindible conseguir que la ambición que dice tener el Ministerio en este proceso vaya en la línea que desde el profesorado planteamos, y no permitirle que se diluya en cuestiones poco concretas o de la esfera meramente académica.
No queremos simplemente aglutinar el descontento del profesorado por no conseguir mejoras, intención que parecen tener otros, sino que aspiramos a influir en todas las variables relevantes para así avanzar.
Si queremos que este complejo proceso lleve a buenos resultados debemos actuar de manera conjunta y con la máxima implicación, motivación y disposición.
